The company was established in 2021. It is a joint venture between a domestic listed company and Jiaxiang Urban Investment Group Co., Ltd., a high-tech enterprise engaged in semiconductor research and development, production, sales and other electronic equipment manufacturing. Products include discrete device chips, rectifier components, protection devices, high-voltage silicon stacks, etc. The project is located in the 5# plant of the Science and Technology Innovation Park, Jiaxiang County Development Zone, Jining, Shandong, with a construction area of approximately 9,360 square meters.

The company has purchased more than 120 equipment including WAFER dicing machines, laser cutting machines, sorting machines and DICE performance testers; more than 10 high-voltage silicon stack production lines, filling the domestic gap. The products are exported to the United States, Japan, Taiwan and other regions, and domestic customers are all over the first-tier developed cities in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai and Guangdong.
