About Us
The company was established in 2021. It is a joint venture between a domestic listed company and Jiaxiang Urban Investment Group Co., Ltd., a high-tech enterprise engaged in semiconductor research and development, production, sales and other electronic equipment manufacturing. Products include discrete device chips, rectifier components, protection devices, high-voltage silicon stacks, etc. The project is located in the 5# plant of the Science and Technology Innovation Park, Jiaxiang County Development Zone, Jining, Shandong, with a construction area of approximately 9,360 square meters.
The company has purchased more than 120 equipment including WAFER dicing machines, laser cutting machines, sorting machines and DICE performance testers; more than 10 high-voltage silicon stack production lines, filling the domestic gap. The products are exported to the United States, Japan, Taiwan and other regions, and domestic customers are all over the first-tier developed cities in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai and Guangdong.

Jining Rockchip Semiconductor Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Jiaxiang Vocational Secondary School. Based on the company's actual situation, special courses were customized and Yangjie Class was established to provide high-quality compound talents for Rockchip and Yangjie. Through joint training, the seamless connection between talent training and social needs was achieved, and the employment rate and quality of graduates were effectively improved.
